Yes, for each property we create an immersive 3D virtual tour, available on the website and accessible from any device. High-resolution photos and drone footage are included as standard.

What are the steps to purchase a property through Realeprofit?

We start with a free consultation to understand your preferences and budget. Then we select suitable properties, arrange private viewings, and assist you with negotiation, contract signing, and obtaining the necessary approvals.

Do you work only in Bucharest or also in other cities in Romania?

We have national coverage, with a focus on premium areas: Bucharest, Sinaia, Brașov, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, and the northern coast. For properties in other regions, we collaborate with verified local partners.

How long does it usually take to sell a luxury villa?

It depends on the market and the specifics of the property, but on average between 3 and 9 months. For well-positioned and correctly valued penthouses, the timeframe can be under 60 days, as recently happened in our project in the north of the Capital.

Clarifications and General Conditions

These clarifications define the terms and limits of the services offered by Realeprofit in connection with luxury properties, virtual tours, and real estate transactions. The purpose is to eliminate divergent interpretations and ensure contractual transparency.

Definition of Luxury Properties

"Luxury property" means any real estate with an estimated market value exceeding 500,000 EUR, premium finishes, exclusive location, or exceptional architectural features. The list includes, but is not limited to, historic villas, penthouses, wine estates, and mansions.

  • Properties classified as "luxury" are individually appraised by a certified appraiser.
  • Virtual tours and high-resolution photographs are taken only after signing a confidentiality agreement.
  • Realeprofit does not guarantee a sale within a fixed timeframe but makes reasonable promotional efforts.

Virtual Tours and Visual Materials

Immersive virtual tours are created based on plans and photographs provided by the owner. Any discrepancy between the virtual representation and the actual condition of the property must be reported in writing within 7 days of viewing.

  • High-resolution photographs are protected by copyright and may not be redistributed without Realeprofit's consent.
  • Virtual tours do not constitute a technical inspection of the property.
  • Realeprofit is not liable for hidden defects that cannot be visually detected.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information shared by clients during transactions is treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

  • The exact address of the property may only be disclosed after verifying the potential buyer's identity.
  • Video and audio recordings of virtual tours are not stored for more than 90 days.
  • Clients may request the deletion of personal data at any time, except in cases provided by law.

Fees and Commissions

The commission for brokerage services is established by individual contract and does not exceed 5% of the final sale price. For consulting or appraisal services, fees are agreed upon in advance and invoiced separately.

  • All amounts are expressed in euros and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is made in full upon signing the sale-purchase agreement.
  • In case of unjustified withdrawal by the parties, the commission may be due proportionally to the work performed.

Limitation of Liability

Realeprofit is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, authorities, or third parties. The agency's total liability for any direct damages is limited to the value of the commission received for that transaction.
