Realeprofit provides a real estate portal intended for the presentation and mediation of transactions involving exclusive properties, historic villas, and penthouses in Romania. The service includes virtual tours, high-resolution photographs, and detailed descriptions for each listed property.

Access to the platform is free for visitors, and registered users benefit from additional features, such as saving searches and personalized notifications.

The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and not to use the platform for illegal purposes or contrary to good morals.

Copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the content without the written consent of Realeprofit is prohibited.

• Do not upload false or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not use bots or automated scripts to extract information.

Realeprofit acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of information provided by third parties. Checks are carried out with professional diligence, but we cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions not attributable to us.

In the event of direct damages caused by the platform's malfunction, our liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

Specific Limitations

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure, technical failures of communication networks, or actions by unauthorized third parties.

Realeprofit may suspend or deactivate a user's access in the event of repeated violation of the terms, without prior notice.

The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by sending an email to info@realeprofit.com. Personal data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

• Termination does not affect previously accrued rights.
• Confidentiality obligations remain valid after termination.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be informed by email or through a notification on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may cease use within the notice period.
